The Transaction Process

3. Promissory Contract (CPCV)

A legally binding contract outlining all conditions of the sale. At this stage, a deposit (usually 10-20%) is paid. Our lawyers verify all property documents to ensure there are no hidden debts or legal issues.

4. Public Deed (Escritura)

The final stage where the remaining balance and taxes (IMT and Stamp Duty) are paid. The deed is signed before a notary, and you officially receive the keys to your new home.
